Position description
The Rady School of Management at UC San Diego is committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff, and student body.
The Rady School invites applications for temporary lecturers from a broad range of business disciplines including, but not limited to: accounting, leadership, marketing, operations management, supply chain, finance, ethics, entrepreneurship, innovation, corporate governance, and business analytics to teach courses in our MBA, Masters of Finance, Masters of Business Analytics, Masters of Professional Accountancy, and Undergraduate programs.
Appointments are typically part-time, with the possibility for full-time, with a duration from one quarter to an entire academic year (Fall-Winter-Spring quarters).
Salary and appointment level are dependent on experience and based on University of California pay scales.
Review of applications will begin September 1, 2021 and continue each quarter throughout the year until all position needs are filled.

Qualifications Basic qualifications (required at time of application)
Bachelor's degree in business disciplines such as accounting, finance, economics, management, marketing, business information systems, and human resources management.
Preferred qualifications
Graduate degree in business disciplines such as accounting, finance, economics, management, marketing, business information systems, and human resources management.
Subject matter expertise, typically obtained through practical business experience of 5+ years
Teaching experience 3+ years
