About the Opportunity:
The Roux Institute at Northeastern University seeks a postdoctoral AI/ML fellow to Join their team! The primary work location of this role will be the Portland Maine campus. Work and travel to the Boston campus may be required.
The world is being radically transformed by artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies. In 2020, Northeastern launched the Roux Institute with tech entrepreneur David Roux to build expertise at the intersection of humans and machines. The institute offers graduate education and research capabilities in areas that will revolutionize life and work: AI, computer and data sciences, digital engineering, and the advanced life sciences and medicine.

Applications are sought for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in behavioral and mental health within the Roux Institute at Northeastern, Portland ME. This position will be within the Life Sciences and Medical Research vertical of the Institute. The postdoc will contribute to and help lead projects related to the design and evaluation of machine learning methods for digital phenotyping and early prediction of mental health conditions. The position will be supervised by Drs. Raimond Winslow and Matthew Goodwin, and will include opportunities for collaboration with other faculty at the Roux Institute and Bouve College of Health Sciences, Northeastern University.
