This is a full-time benefits eligible position. To diagnose, adjust, service, repair, inspect, or overhaul aircraft engines and assemblies, such as hydraulic and pneumatic systems and return to service UCM aircraft and public aircraft.
Maintains shop and ground support equipment. Education & Formal Training High school diploma or equivalent, Formal training (specify) Other Education & Formal Training
Three years career Technical Training to include Certification in Airframe & Powerplant. Computer Skills Experience
Two (2) years general aviation aircraft mechanic apprentice as an aircraft mechanic.
Private Pilot ratings preferred Other Experience Licenses, Certificates, Registrations, & State/Federal Requirements of Position: Subject to random drug testing, Driver's license, Missouri license required Other Licenses, Certificates, Registrations, & State/Federal Requirements
Pre-employment drug testing, random drug testing throughout employment and mandatory post-accident drug testing required.
FAA Airframe and Power plant License required.
Private Pilot license preferred.

Knowledge and prediction of physical principles, laws, their interrelationships, and applications to understanding fluid, material, and atmospheric, dynamics, and mechanical, electrical, structures and processes.
