• Conduct of molecular biology experiments including western blots, PCR, enzyme analysis, and immunohistochemistry
• Assist in animal handling; mice Perform mouse echocardiography and exercise tolerance tests.
• Maintain the mouse breeding colonies and genotyping those mice
• Other related duties Required Qualifications
Experienced in animal handling (mouse) as well as basic molecular biology including Western blot, immunohistochemistry, PCR .
