We are currently seeking a talented and thoughtful individual to serve as the President’s representative on all administrative matters working with members of the administration, faculty, and staff.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the University to support program growth and development as well as operational efficiencies.
  • Focusing on strategic planning and goal setting and directing the daily operations of the University in support of its goals by measuring progress and adjusting processes accordingly.
  • Maintaining situational awareness of all staff and operational activities on a university- wide and campus specific basis.
  • Directly oversee the University’s Communications, Facilities, Human Resources and Technology & Library Services functions.

Requirements:

The most compelling individuals will possess a combination of experience, skills, and competencies including:

  • Excellent judgment, discretion, emotional judgment, interpersonal and relationship building skills to develop trust with a wide variety of constituencies, the President, faculty, administrators, students, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated successful administrative and management track record leading teams and units as well as having strong project management and execution skills.
  • Experience promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
  • Experience with implementing a strategic plan.
  • Candidates could come from higher education and other industries.
