Position Summary:
The Quality Control Analyst will support the efforts of the Department of Community Based Services, by participating in the design and implementation of program evaluation that improves the achievement of ASFA goals, permanency, and adoption for children.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science or related field is required. Graduate level statistics and research design coursework preferred. Master’s degree is preferred.

Minimum Experience:
Two years of research and programming experience is required. Must have an ability to use and do complex functions on Excel spreadsheets including pivot tables, Statistical Program for the Social Sciences (SPSS), word processing, and power point.

The Training Resource Center (TRC) provides Administrative and Training Support Services to the Department for Community Based Services. The funding is in whole or part from federal, CHFS or other state funds and subject to annual renewal. This is a contract EKU position. Remote work is a possibility.
