Major/Essential Functions
Faculty physician specializing in General Pediatrics. This person will assume research, clinical, and teaching responsibilities. The faculty member is expected to have outstanding clinical skills to provide patient care in General Pediatrics as well as an aptitude for clinical education and research. The candidate must have a strong willingness to teach health professions students, medical students and house staff.
Teaches medical students and pediatric resident physicians as assigned. Provides patient care in the outpatient and inpatient settings. Part of the general pediatrics team sharing call, etc. May participate in academic, administrative, or other activities as coordinated with Chair, Department of Pediatrics.
