The School of Pharmacy & Health Sciences, at Fairleigh
Dickinson University seeks a full-time faculty member who will be
eligible for tenure at the associate professor level to join our
Online Master of Public Health Program. Candidates from all public
health sub-specializations are welcomed to apply.
Master of Public Health Program is brand new online program, housed at the School of Pharmacy & Health Sciences. The M.P.H. program offers four specializations/tracks: generalist, health analytics, health policy, and population health in addictions and recovery, and a PharmD/MPH dual degree. The program's focus is on interprofessional education through strong collaboration with pharmacy and other programs within the school, such as social work, occupational therapy and physician assistant.
The ideal candidate will have a background in public health, with focus on global health, health policy, management, and/or data science and informatics. The ideal candidate will be student-centered and an accomplished scholar and teacher with a record of peer-reviewed publications, extramural funding, and excellent teaching evaluations. The school seeks mid-career professional whose research, teaching, and service reflect commitment to excellence in each area. Review of applications will begin on May 1, 2021.
The candidate will carry out and grow a research agenda in their area of interest and expertise;
The candidate will design, teach and serve as faculty mentor in our online graduate courses.
