Denison is seek a qualified candidate for the position of Assistant
Director for the office of Community Values and Student Conduct.
The successful candidate will provide vision, leadership, and
development to the campus of Denison University. The work of the
Assistant Director includes administering various approaches to
formal and informal conflict resolution, participation in related
training, education, and outreach, and supervision of staff and
student leaders. The Assistant Director will participate in the
on-call rotation to support students’ well-being.
An earned Bachelor’s degree and minimum of three years related
professional experience are required. Ability to accommodate
adapted work hours, including some evening and weekend work
hours. Must be able to work with diverse groups of people,
possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and have an
understanding and appreciation for the liberal arts and residential
colleges. Must have a current, valid driver’s license and
must be insurable under Denison’s liability insurance
policy.
