Job Description

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Asia campus is hiring an Adjunct Faculty to support the campus in the instruction of courses to train and groom tomorrow’ aviation leaders. The adjunct faculty should make use of engaging visuals and technologies to facilitate knowledge transfer and interaction with students.

We are looking for adjunct faculty members to teach the following courses:
  • ASCI 303 - Tower and Radar for Air Traffic Control and Management

  • ASCI 401 - Airport Development and Operations

  • ASCI 403 - Air Traffic Management

  • ASCI 404 - Applications in Aviation/Aerospace Law

  • ASCI 424 - Maintenance Repair and Overhaul in Aviation

  • ASCI 604 - Human Factors in the Aviation/Aerospace Industry

  • BSAB 425 - Trends and Current Problems in Air Transportation

  • CYBR 235 - Computer and Network Technologies

  • HUMN 330 - Values and Ethics

  • LGMT 682 - Integrated Logistics Management

  • MATH 243 - Calculus and Analytical Geometry III

  • MATH 345 - Differential Equations and Matrix Methods

  • MBAA 514 - Strategic Marketing Management in Aviation

  • MBAA 604 - International Business Administration

  • MBAA 691 - Graduate Aviation Research Proposal

  • MBAA 692 - Graduate Aviation Research Study

  • MGMT 352 - Business Quantitative Methods

  • MGMT 388 - System Forensics, Investigation, and Response

  • MGMT 392 - Database Management

  • MGMT 427 - Management of the Multicultural Workforce

Qualifications
  • At least a Master’s or doctoral degree in your field of expertise

  • Confident and comfortable to engage with large groups

  • Prior teaching experience at higher educational institution an advantage

Note: Adjunct faculty members are expected to commit for a 9-week academic term for each contract. The faculty member will be required to teach up to six hours per week in class, and must be available to teach during the day during weekdays and/or weekends.
