Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Worldwide campus is currently hiring adjunct faculty to teach SYSE 660 -Organizational Systems Management.
Course Description
This course introduces concepts of organizational management and leadership, which are approached from a systems and complex systems perspective to explain the behavior of systems. Focus areas will include strategic management, organizational transformation, and organizational environments. Models will be drawn from a variety of areas including marketing, finance, organizational behavior, and strategic and operational management.

A minimum of a Doctorate degree in discipline is required (please see list of acceptable disciplines below), as well as relevant industry experience from within the last 7 years.

- Professional Engineer’s license
- Project Management Professional Certificate from the Project Management Institute
- Engineering project management
- Participation in engineering design reviews
- Service on conceptual design teams for aerospace systems
- Direction of or participation in laboratory testing of engineering systems.
