Position Summary:

This position will manage the Daily Dose Deli and Highland Grounds a limited scope coffeehouse(s). Duties include hiring, scheduling, coaching and supervising part time staff. Order food and beverage supplies, monitor operating budget and other related administrative tasks. Annual projected sales total $300,000 with 97,000 customer base.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break. This position may also work occasional weekends, holidays and/or special events per business needs.

This position requires work be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location.
