Assistant Director of Warrior Hub Enrollment Services

Winona State University invites you to join our Community of Learners as our Assistant Director of Warrior Hub Enrollment Services. The Assistant Director position exists to provide professional service related to all Integrated Academic Service Departments.  This requires the Assistant Director to have an understanding of information as it relates to the entire university including student and academic services, the Library, Outreach & Continuing Ed, and the WSU Rochester campus.  Additionally, the Assistant Director must be knowledgeable of overall WSU and MinnState policies, procedures, and functions, especially academic, financial aid, records and registration and student support services. The Assistant Director will develop plans, design processes, manage resources, and deliver services on behalf of all departments in Integrated Academic Services as well as for the university at large through the Warrior Hub Enrollment Service Center. Minimum qualifications for this position are a master’s degree and (3) years of experience in enrollment service, registrar, financial aid, guest relations, information management, or student development in a higher education setting OR a bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of experience in enrollment service, registrar, financial aid, guest relations, information management, or student development in a higher education setting.
