Job Specific Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree; 
- Excellent leadership, organization and written and oral communication skills; 
- Ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds; 
- Ability to exercise sound judgment within policy and procedure guidelines; 
- Ability to plan, organize and successfully execute events; 
- Ability to prepare reports, communications and other written materials; 
- Demonstrated computer skills, including desktop publishing. 
- Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours including some weekends and evenings.

e. EXCELLENCE: in all we do. Preferred Qualifications * Master’s degree in Student Development or related field; Knowledge of and experience in Greek Life; 
- Program development and coordination practices and principles. 
- Terminology, concepts, and procedures related to the functioning of student clubs and activities on a college campus. 
- Planning, organizing, budgeting, and supporting student programs, services, and events. 
- Budget management principles and practice; Duties - Coordinates all aspects of Greek Life; Serves as adviser to all Greek organizations and governing bodies; Mediates all Greek related judicial matters; Advises Greek honor societies; Guides chapters/councils on recruitment activities, new member training and other matters for Greek organizations; Maintains records of chapter rosters, grade reports, safety inspections, etc., Serves as liaison to national Greek letter organization representatives.   -Supervise students who plan and coordinate various student activities and functions. – Provide information and guidance regarding University policies, regulations, and procedures related to the formation and functioning of student clubs and organizations. Assist with organizations’ budget management   -Coordinate and implement student leadership and development programming.  Attending Camp COMPASS leadership camp, and assisting with Family Day events and activities.   Coordinate the preparation and dissemination of information regarding student clubs, activities, programs, and services to students, faculty, staff, and the local community.  Assist in the coordination of New Student Orientation, Camp COMPASS, and other Student Life Programs events and activities.
