Department of Business Administration Full-time Assistant Professor Position


Department of Business Administration invites applications for a full-time Assistant Professor position. We are looking for a candidate with a strong potential to develop a focused and prolific research agenda. The position is for the candidate in Organizational Theory, Organizational Behavior, and/or Human Resources. Successful candidates will be expected to teach the English curriculum for undergraduate and graduate courses. Knowledge of Turkish is not required.


We are interested in candidates with:

  • A Ph.D. - completed in the field of organizational theory, organizational behavior, management, or related fields
  • A desire and aptitude to contribute to a successful and competitive educational and research establishment
  • Track record of research and publication in international peer-reviewed journals
  • An ability to contribute to different undergraduate and postgraduate teaching programs

Kadir Has University is a highly competitive private institution at the heart of Istanbul. The department currently offers an undergraduate degree, two MBA degrees, one MSc degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics, and a doctoral program in Management which offers the specializations of Organizational Studies and Marketing.

Successful candidates are expected to join Kadir Has Business Administration by Fall 2021, yet the commencement of the contract is flexible.
