The Senior Administrative Assistant performs necessary internal and external functions in support of the Collyer, Vice President for Advancement.


He/she maintains communication workflow and correspondence, manages the calendar, and coordinates extensive travel arrangements, as well as interacts within and across the Skidmore community and with donors and high-level volunteers. The Administrative Assistant organizes department-wide events and meetings and is responsible for general office duties including correspondence, reports, data entry, monitoring of the departmental budget and expense tracking. Finally, the Administrative Assistant must be flexible and highly technically skilled, have the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and handle volumes of confidential information.

Education: Associates Degree required along with 5+ years of directly related or applicable experience.

Pay Range: Commensurate with experience
