Health Services is accepting applications in an effort to fill the Student Immunization Compliance Specialist position.
As the Student Immunization Compliance Specialist, your duties will include:
- Oversee health requirement operations for Health Services to ensure compliance with New York State Public Health Laws, university policy and department requirements for attendance.
- Regularly monitor compliance with electronic health record system and university Student Information System ( HUB ).
- Generate complete, accurate reports regarding student compliance with immunization policy and applicable state laws.
- Serve as the primary contact for student immunization compliance inquiries.
- Data entry and health record review.

- Associate’s degree
- Experience in a medical office or college health setting
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to vaccination and laboratory testing for immunity
- Familiarity with NYSDOH Public Health Law 2165 and 2167
