-Demonstrated successful higher education. recruiting and/or sales and marketing experience illustrating progression of responsibilities. 
 
-Demonstrated background and ability to manage, motivate, promote, and collaborate with professional staff; Superior communication skills, both written and verbal. 
 
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, time and resources. 
 
-Proven ability to cultivate relationships with key constituents. 
 
-Ability and willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours required. 
 
-Must possess current valid unrestricted driver’s license.

Experience designing, implementing and assessing targeted recruitment activities for academic divisions, programs, and special student populations. 
 
Experience and/or familiarity with research and analysis of data and the ability to design, produce, and interpret statistical data for admission and enrollment. 
 
Familiarity with student information systems, preferably Salesforce/TargetX and Banner. 
 
Currently: 
- Bachelor’s Degree from Kettering University; and 
- Demonstrated ability to articulate the advantages of a unique educational model that integrates an intense academic curriculum with applied professional experience. Duties Establishes relationships and represents the university on and off-campus to students, parents, secondary school counselors, and other individuals or organizations involved in the college selection process within an assigned geographical territory. 
 
Conduct stringent follow-up to qualified applicants through frequent written and phone contact. Maintain documentation and records of student contacts.   Special projects and initiatives as it relates to the strategic enrollment & sales plans.   Advise prospective students and parents regarding admissions and financial Aid opportunities, resources, eligibility criteria and application/award policies.   Review and evaluate admissions applications. Recommend admissions decision.
