Experience designing, implementing and assessing targeted
recruitment activities for academic divisions, programs, and
special student populations.
Experience and/or familiarity with research and analysis of data
and the ability to design, produce, and interpret statistical data
for admission and enrollment.
Familiarity with student information systems, preferably
Salesforce/TargetX and Banner.

with applied professional experience. Duties Establishes
relationships and represents the university on and off-campus to
students, parents, secondary school counselors, and other
individuals or organizations involved in the college selection
process within an assigned geographical territory.
Conduct stringent follow-up to qualified applicants through
frequent written and phone contact. Maintain documentation and
records of student contacts. Special projects and
initiatives as it relates to the strategic enrollment & sales
plans. Advise prospective students and parents regarding
admissions and financial Aid opportunities, resources, eligibility
criteria and application/award policies. Review and evaluate
admissions applications. Recommend admissions decision.
