We are recruiting for a Marketing Project Manager who will be tasked with building and executing marketing plans aimed at increasing donor loyalty and support across multiple channels, including digital, social media, direct mail, and email.

Essential Job Responsibilities Include: 

  • Hands-on management and delivery of projects related to donor retention programs and campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
  • Assist in the development of direct marketing appeals by gathering resources, routing and reviewing copy, and providing for the overall quality of the campaign. 
  • Document, validate, and as necessary, update existing donor journeys to ensure experiences are working correctly, aligned, and optimized across channels. 
  • Generate program and campaign-level reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvements and efficiencies. 
  • Conduct secondary research of and make recommendations regarding existing and potential programs and campaigns.  

The ideal candidate will have the following experiences and abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field of study
  • Five (5) years’ experience managing multi-channel marketing projects within heavily matrixed environments
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated success in assembling project plans and teamwork assignments; clarifying roles and responsibilities; directing and monitoring work output; identifying resource needs; and performing quality reviews
  • Good command of marketing channels, creative development processes, and brand management
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting and turning data into actionable plans
  • Skilled in leading through influence and negotiation, not authority
  • An innate sense of accountability with the ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive for results
  • Courage and persistence to follow-up, give / receive feedback, and escalate issues
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or other comparable CRM platform) and analytics tools as well as MS Office proficient
