Job Description

Do you have strong computer skills and want to work in an office interacting with upcoming aviation professionals?

We Looking for a new, full-time receptionist to support our office in ERAU’s Flight Data & Certification Department as soon as possible:

Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving students and colleagues at the reception desk

  • Answering the phone and emails

  • Reviewing documentation for errors and scanning documents to support the process

  • Performing data entry

  • Supporting the needs of the Analysts, Specialist, ACR and Manager

  • Guiding student assistants in support of those tasks

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree preferred.

- Analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook/email, and Internet end-user applications.

- High level of personal communication skills (particularly oral)

- Strong computer skills

- Detail and customer service oriented

- Progressively responsible office experience

- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently
