Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach

4 year degree and at least 2 years experience in college strength
NSCA, CSCS, and CSCCA Certification Required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversees weight lifting and conditioning of student-athletes as
well as the following:
1. Supervises year-round workouts in all sports under strength and

3. Works in conjunction with athletic trainers regarding injuries,
rehabilitation, and nutrition.
4. Coordinate with coaches regarding schedules and needs.

Department of Athletics policies and procedures as well as the
Southern Conference and NCAA constitutions, bylaws, legislation,
