Minimum Qualifications
4 year degree and at least 2 years experience in college strength and conditioning. License/Certification Required
NSCA, CSCS, and CSCCA Certification Required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversees weight lifting and conditioning of student-athletes as well as the following:
1. Supervises year-round workouts in all sports under strength and conditioning’s scope.
2. Works directly with football, and other assigned teams.
3. Works in conjunction with athletic trainers regarding injuries, rehabilitation, and nutrition.
4. Coordinate with coaches regarding schedules and needs.
5. Commitment to and compliance with the University’s and Department of Athletics policies and procedures as well as the Southern Conference and NCAA constitutions, bylaws, legislation, and regulations.
6. Other duties as assigned by Director of Strength and Conditioning for Football and/or The Director of Strength and Conditioning for Olympic Sports Suggested Salary Range Commensurate with experience Physical Demands of Position
