About the Opportunity:
The Patient Assistance and Records Associate will assist the Patient Assistance and Records Supervisor in the day-to-day operation of the University Health and Counseling services.

Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of related office experience, preferably in a university/college health center, or an applicable customer service setting.

Professional, diplomatic, reliable, personable, and consistent customer service skills

Experience in using Windows-based personal computer workstation, sufficient to demonstrate proficiency in several computer-based applications after training. This includes EClinical Works (ECW), Interactive Client, and other software.

Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred

Ability to process phone and in person inquires in a fast paced, often stressful environment, while exhibiting strong communication skills, including listening, expression, and empathy.

Ability to provide clear, consistent and accurate detailed information regarding University Health and Counseling Services.


Preferred Qualifications:

Outgoing, pleasant team player who consistently and reliably builds positive customer relationships with students, families and colleagues through skillful problem identification and resolution. Via phone and in-person interactions.

One who possesses the maturity to accomplish the multiple tasks at hand, frequently under stressful circumstances, without losing his/her calm and professionalism
Rotating Saturday and evening coverage is required.
