Job Summary:
Support Disability Support Services ( DSS ) with assisting students with notetaking, accommodations, and related other requirements necessary for ADA compliance.
Essential Functions:
- Assist with the collection and compilation of information about students with disabilities and maintain all appropriate records.
- Assist with the guidance and enrollment of students with disabilities.
- Assist with the coordination to provide additional student resources throughout campus departments.
- Assist with identifying, reviewing, and recommend additional supplemental materials and systems for accommodations; oversee the ordering, organizing, and maintaining materials as necessary.
- Assist with the provision of appropriate accommodations (including assistive technology for each class or service as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimal Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Disability Support Services experience
- Strong computer skills
