Degree and Area of Specialization:

MA in the teaching of English as a Second Language, applied English Linguistics, or equivalent required. A focus on university-level teaching is preferred.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

Candidate must have two years of university-level teaching of English as a Second Language, preferably in the skill area which is the focus of the course.

Additional Information:

There is a possibility this position could be extended in subsequent semesters to teach the course listed on this PVL, or similar courses within the department. This position may become renewable if there is a need for an ongoing appointment.
