- 3 months of previous cleaning, custodial, hospitality, or related experience within an academic, commercial or residential environment preferred.

-Ability to lift 50 pounds to shoulder height occasionally needed
-Ability to lift 100 pounds with assistance occasionally needed
-Ability to work outside in incliment weather needed
