The Office of Research has a temporary opportunity for an experienced professional to assist the Director of Administration and Finance with a variety of responsibilities. Qualifications
Batchelor’s degree or higher; a combination of education and experience will be considered. A three (3) plus years relevant experience as well as experience with Microsoft Office Suite required. Job Specific Qualifications
The successful applicant will be dependable, have good analytical skills, use good judgement, and be able to learn and master new processes and computer programs quickly. Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining spreadsheets with Pivot Tables to track financial commitments and expenses, monthly expense reconciliations and reports, and processing of expenses (purchase requisitions, IDs, ePro orders, credit cards, travel vouchers, etc.).
