About the Opportunity:

The Admissions Recruiter, Global Campuses contributes to the growth of new student enrollments within Northeastern University's degree program portfolio at their given campus. Responsible for executing recruitment outreach and events for their assigned campus portfolio aligned with annual enrollment goals and key stakeholder priorities.


The candidate will bring sales, recruiting and/or equivalent experience in creating channels to reach a domestic and professional audience that generates quality leads for Northeastern Global Campus programs. The Admissions Recruiter works in collaboration with the Director of Recruitment and Enrollment and other constituents. A successful candidate will be working towards targets and should be comfortable and motivated working within KPIs and benchmarks.


Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional experience in recruitment or sales. The ideal candidate is comfortable with formal presentations, informal networking and brings strong sales and/or relationship building skills. Proven ability to work independently, excellent communication and presentation skills, sensitive and responsive to the needs of diverse constituencies and managing goals.
