Vice President of Enrollment Management

Job Summary
The Special Projects Coordinator will provide support to the Vice President and Associate Vice Presidents in the Division of Enrollment Management, ensure training and development to Division departments and staff, and complete special projects related to enrollment to support the Division and Institution's goals.

Responsibilities
  • Perform related duties as assigned to support the mission of the University
  • Provide assistance to Associate Vice Presidents on special projects related to enrollment and division departmental initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison to the Division's committees
  • Manage Division-wide communications including serving as web content owner
  • Coordinate new employee training and onboarding processes
  • Track division professional development progress
  • Lead planning for semester division workshops/training
  • Review and produce summary reports and presentations on enrollment data
  • Assist with administrative support such as purchasing, supervising student assistants, and providing meeting support (scheduling/minutes)

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience
  • Three (3) or more years related experience

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Experience
  • Functional higher education and Enrollment Management functional area (Admissions, Research, Human Resources/Training, Registrar, Financial Aid, Bursar, etc.) or related experience
  • Proven success in utilizing Microsoft Excel for data presentation and analysis
  • Experience in presentation development showing data trends

Proposed Salary
$33,300
