Course Materials Coordinator

Position Summary:
As part of the Academic Support Services team, the Course Materials Coordinator reports to the Academic Support Manager of Engineering Outreach and is responsible for the collection and distribution of course materials including, handouts, exams, etc. for EO registered students. Responsibilities also include maintaining EO's examination proctor system; providing production services; primary point of contact for students, professors and proctors via phone, email and on-line chat and contributing to the overall quality of the EO program.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience working in an administrative or office position and proving customer service;- Experience with office support functions; including using computer software and applications for; word processing, email, internet searches, and data organization;
- Experience applying organizational skills to complete multiple tasks on time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience totaling 4 years;
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment to accomplish work goals and objectives;- Experience maintaining confidential records;- Experience interpreting, explaining, and applying complex laws, policies or procedures, both verbally and in writing;- Experience working with faculty, staff, and students in a University setting;
- Knowledge of and experience communicating UI policies, regulations, and procedures;
- Experience using UI Banner finance and student modules and VandalWeb systems.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
- Regularly transport freight weighing up to 75 pounds between buildings;
- Ability to move about campus to deliver EO course materials to offices in all weather conditions.
