Limited Duration assignment to end no later than April 30, 2022, but may be extended.

Job Summary:
The part-time Remote Student Support Concierge will provide support to students impacted by the transition to remote learning.

Essential Functions:
  • Make outbound calls to students impacted by the transition to remote learning to assess needs and connect students to resources to support their success
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from students impacted by the transition to remote learning
  • Provide first level technical assistance to students who need guidance on using technology in remote classes, and escalate to experts as needed
  • Assist students in understanding the course delivery options available
  • Connect economically-impacted students dealing with food and housing insecurity to counselors and/or community-based organizations for assistance with food and housing
  • Assist students with financial aid questions, payment options, past-due debt, and emergency assistance
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimal Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
