The Stabler Department of Nursing is seeking to hire qualified
adjunct clinical faculty in women's health with experience in
maternal/newborn care to provide clinical instruction in the
Baccalaureate degree program.
Adjunct faculty are expected to instruct students in the clinical
setting; provide support and guidance; and evaluate performance of
learning outcomes. Candidates must demonstrate excellent
communication skills and have a strong commitment to working as
part of a collaborative team. Adjunct faculty work in collaboration
with full-time faculty to provide a safe and supportive learning
environment that assists students in the integration of knowledge,
interprofessional communication, and development of professional
values in the clinical practice setting.
Qualification requirements per the PA State Board of Nursing
Shall hold at least one graduate degree in nursing or currently be
enrolled in a graduate nursing program,
Shall be currently licensed as a registered nurse in Pennsylvania,
Shall have expertise in their areas of instruction.
