Position Summary:

The successful applicant will use collaborative skills and knowledge of statistical methodology and application to provide biostatistical collaborative support for biomedical, clinical, and population health research. The successful applicant will collaborate with physicians and scientists on research projects (under the close supervision, under the supervision, or under limited supervision) of faculty statisticians.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Biometry, or related field required.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

New graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in the application of statistics to biological or biomedical research, clinical trials or other clinical research, health services research, and/or population health is highly desirable. Proficiency using SAS and/or R and/or Stata. Ability to work in teams with other statisticians and biomedical scientists. Ability to communicate statistical ideas to non-specialists.
