position of Director of Undergraduate Recruitment to start in early
fall 2021. Tarleton’s main campus is located in Stephenville,
Texas, 60 miles southwest of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop and
implement successful recruitment initiatives that complement and
align with and support the university strategic plan of the
university; provide support, planning and leadership to the
university recruitment team including thorough training in programs
and services; monitor and report on a regular and timely basis
progress toward enrollment goals; analyzes and provide executive
summaries and reports on the effectiveness of recruiting
initiatives (i.e. direct mail, college fairs, counselor visits,
advertising, virtual counseling).
Applicants must have an earned Bachelors degree in
communications, public relations, marketing or related field and
ten years of work experience related to recruitment, admissions,
marketing or public relations including at least three years (at
least five years preferred) of supervisory experience and at least
five years of work experience in higher education admissions and
