Job Summary

Under direction of the maintenance supervisor performs a variety of skilled work tasks in the carpentry/remodeling/painting fields. Assist in other maintenance areas when required including snow removal.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Two years’ experience in Carpentry/Remodeling/Painting with the ability to determine and implement best solutions; Ability to read and understand architectural and mechanical drawings, submittals and schematics.

Preferred Qualifications

Five years commercial finish carpentry/tenant finish/remodeling experience; Experience in millwork, laminate/solid surface, cabinetry woodworking, painting to include paint, varnish, and specialty coatings; lock, door hardware and door repair along with metal stud and drywall.
