Job Summary/Basic Function
Millersville University of Pennsylvania is recruiting for a
Full-Time / 9 Month Dining Services Baker position. The person
selected for this position mixes and bakes baked goods served in
the Dining Halls, Cash Operations, and Catered functions.

- One-year experience in pastry or quantity commercial or
institutional baking or equivalent combination of experience and/or
- Demonstrated knowledge of baker’s ingredients, food production
safety & sanitation.

- Associates degree in Pastry/Baking.
- This position is represented by a labor union and is subject to

- Flexible work schedule as dictated by the needs of the
- Dining and Conference Services staff may be required to work
evenings and weekends.
- Dining and Conference Services staff, as essential employees,
need to arrive at work on a timely basis even when there is a
publicly announced delayed opening or closing.
