Job Summary/Basic Function:
NOTE: Position will be filled as an Assistant Registrar I (Grade E31) with a starting salary of $40,000, or Assistant Registrar II (Grade E31) with a starting salary of $42,000 depending on candidate qualifications. The position comes with a generous benefits package. Some remote work may be possible.

Position will counsel and advise students, faculty, and/or staff. Develop, manage, and assess the quality of enrollment services, processes, and programs. Develop and manage the resolution of problems and challenges regarding the enrollment, retention, and graduation of students. Manage major business processes Develop, manage, and assess the effectiveness of special projects and assignments

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
One year full-time college employment experience in academic advisement, registrar’s services, admissions, financial aid, student services, enrollment services, administrative experience, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills.Marketing and communications experience.Leadership and project management experience.Proficiency with Banner or other student information systems.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.Attention to detail.
