Job Summary
Assists with the course management of the USG eCore and Georgia On MY Line (GOML) programs. Lead processor and point of contact for voluntary cancellations and total withdrawals and provides other functional support for the Registration and Records area.

Responsibilities
  • Perform related duties as assigned to support the mission of the University
  • Processes transfer equivalency requests for the Office of the Registrar
  • Assists with University events as needed
  • Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Sets up courses and attributes in Banner each semester for eCore and GOML classes
  • Maintains a strong working knowledge of the INGRESS administrative console
  • Tests and implements upgrades to Banner and INGRESS when required
  • Reviews and processes total withdrawals submitted to the Office of the Registrar (voluntary, medical, military, hardship, unofficial, administrative)
  • Directs students and informs parents of registration and withdrawal procedures, deadlines, and forms utilizing online services
  • Assist with tasks related to the Registration and Records area through the MyHelp ticketing system
  • Researches student information in ApplicationXtender
  • When needed, processes reinstatements of students cancelled for non-payment of tuition/fees

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience
  • Three or more years of related work experience

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, and make independent decisions

Preferred Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Experience
  • Cross-cultural work experience
  • Experience using Banner, ApplicationXtender, and workflows

Proposed Salary
$14.85 per hour
