About the Opportunity:
The Bouve College of Health Sciences is seeking a Student Services & Data Manager to join their Team in the BCHS Office of Cooperative Education. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in an academic setting, preferably with students. This individual should have a high comfort level working independently in a fast-paced environment, dealing with a wide range of tasks, including administrative responsibilities from time to time. This key role will interface with internal (Bouve/ NU) clients as well as external (Employer Partners).

Please note: The primary work location for this position is the Boston MA Northeastern University Campus Location. Until our full return to campus, which is still to-be-determined, this interview process will be conducted remotely- including virtual interviews, remote onboarding and remote work. The remote nature of this position is subject to change in the future and is only temporary. Local, on-campus work will be required for this role once the College and this role return to an operational status that supports it.

Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Director of Cooperative Education in the Bouve College of Health Sciences, the Student Services and Data Manager will support Faculty Co-op Coordinators in the day-to-day workflow and effective operation of the co-op program. This position will play a critical role in supporting the co-op job search process for Bouve students. The Student Services and Data Manager will assist Coordinators with projects to prepare students, guide co-op employer partners through the hiring process, manage data reporting, and provide administrative support for a fast-paced team. The Student Services & Data Manager may be re-allocated to different teams depending upon the departmental student load within the Bouve Cooperative Education Co-op group.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required in a related field. Candidate should have a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in an academic environment, relevant business environment (healthcare), and/or working with students. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidate must have strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and complete tasks for a number of different people. A high level of proficiency with technology is required. Candidate will work independently and as a member of a team in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
