The Curriculum and Assessment Specialist takes lead on aligning all foundational career education content with our Learning Outcomes and Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) goals. Orchestrates a comprehensive curriculum providing relevant interventions/opportunities for career preparation throughout the student lifecycle; working closely with faculty and staff partners to support the integration of career preparation. Coordinates assessment efforts, ensuring all foundational content has purposeful assessment built-in; and that assessment data is utilized regularly for content/program improvement and annual reporting. Stays abreast of emergent technologies and drives efforts to maximize our use of available technologies. Actively advance equity, diversity, and inclusion. Support the mission, vision, and values of the Career Center and the University.
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in career education, communications or curriculum design, and master's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination. Partnership cultivation, facility with technology, and project management skills are required. Experience using an LMS platform, report writing, and assessment strongly desired.
