Job Description:

The Department of Communication at Worcester State University invites applications for an adjunct instructor position beginning this Fall 2021 in TV Production.

The course meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30am-12:00pm, beginning on September 8th - December 8th, 2021.

The course teaches students the basics of television studio production, including visualization and sequencing of short scripts, sound, graphics, lighting, and technical direction. Students are taught in a digital television studio, and will have access to editing suites and video equipment. Studio technicians will provide the instructor with support for the class.


Requirements:

Applicants must have a Master's Degree or MFA, or Ph.D.

Teaching experience at the college level preferred.
