Position: North Platte Community College is seeking a part-time lab assistant in the Diesel Technology Department. This position has an option of a Monday through Friday schedule, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m., with a maximum of 28 hours per week. Flexibility to the schedule is available.

Duties include, but are not limited to equipment maintenance, preparing lab materials/supplies, organization of diesel lab and assisting with the supervision of shop activities designed for the students.

Minimum Qualifications:

A background in basic diesel engine fundamentals and shop practices and a desire to work with college age students.
