Position Summary:

The University of Wisconsin Law School seeks a conscientious, diligent, genial, amiable and detail-oriented candidate to serve in a newly created role that will support faculty events and scholarship. This position will serve as the administrative lead and coordinate all the Dean's Office Scholarly events and provide support for the scholarly promotion priorities. This position will be under the highly motivated and supportive External Affairs Department and will also work closely and collaboratively with the Associate Dean for Research & Faculty Development. Supporting our highly engaged faculty is a key component in our newly adopted strategic plan. This role will provide logistical, budget, communication, and administrative support for weekly scholarly events and several large annual events that highlight our productive scholars. The Scholarship and Faculty Events Manager will also work with the External Affairs team in the promotion of the faculty scholarship generally.
