Job Summary/Basic Function

The Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) department provides technology application support across the Maryville community for Students, Faculty and Staff. Salesforce is one of the systems the department manages and is an integral part of Maryville's technology stack. The EIS Salesforce Support Apprentice will contribute to the daily Salesforce technology needs of Maryville. The apprentice will work with the Salesforce Administrator to learn how to interpret and manage Salesforce support cases and understand the communication aspects of the Salesforce platform.

• Manage Salesforce support cases
• Understand the communication aspects of the Salesforce platform

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2.5 GPA
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
• Positive attitude and eager to learn Growth mindset
• Good oral and written communication skills, willing to interact with faculty/staff as well as fellow students
