Lead CoLab Support Assistant

The Lead CoLab Support Assistant serves as team lead to the CoLab
Support Assistants, providing and ensuring backup support
assistance to the Collaboration Center Support Specialists.
Communicates organizational goals, safe practices and deadlines.
Oversees and motivates team members. Leads CoLab Support Assistant
team meetings, facilitates and tracks training and prepares team
scheduling. Provides help to the Coordinator in the areas of hiring
and training and keeps the Coordinator updated on team performance.
Collaborates with the Coordinator on scheduling to ensure back-up
events management support and technology tutoring staff
Associate’s degree or two years of college level coursework
At least two years of part-time work in either digital media,
instructional technology, technical training and customer
Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
Customer service skills
Knowledge and comfort with various technology tools
Interest in and ability for learning and demonstrating
Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and
Video publishing and basic video editing
WordPress or other website/blog tools
