Job Summary

Registration and customer service support for Continuing Education (CE) courses. Registers, adds, and withdraws students from CE classes. Processes Payments and Refunds. Provides course information and assists customers with registration decisions and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned by the Registration Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• 1 year post-secondary education
• 2 years of data entry experience
• Ability to do detail work with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to follow and document processes
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of XenDirect Administrative Software
• Associate Degree
