Cultural Events Registration and Ticketing Coordinator

Position Summary:
Working under the general direction of the Manager of Cultural Events and Director of Administrative Operations, the Registration and Ticketing coordinator helps plan, organize, and manage event registration and ticket sales/distribution, and information related to cultural events. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Work experience that includes:
• Operating a computerized ticketing system;
• Using spreadsheets, word processing and desktop publishing software;
• Developing, implementing, and coordinating sales and promotion of events;
• Developing and controlling budgets;
• Hiring, supervising, and evaluating staff members;
• Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
