Position Summary:
This is a short-term position, renewable for the 2022-23 academic year, the successful candidate for which will direct the Music Department's student Wind Ensemble.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Conduct 3 hours of rehearsal per week for 14 weeks per
semester. Times and lengths of rehearsals to be
negotiated.
- Participate in auditions at the beginning of the fall semester
(~4 hours).
- Prepare the wind ensemble for 1-2 concerts per semester.
(Collaborations with other ensembles are both possible and
welcome.)
Minimum Qualifications
Advanced degree in Music (Masters or Doctorate)
Typical Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, various hours. Some evening performances.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
Typical work is performed indoors in a normal office environment. Intermittent physical effort involving lifting musical instruments may be required.
