    Suffolk University is excited to announce a career opportunity as a Marketing Specialist! The Marketing Specialist will work with the Director of the Center for Continuing and Professional Education (CCPE) to help research, develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs for noncredit and continuing education programs across a variety of channels. He/she will be responsible for researching the market, analyzing trends to help define the organization's marketing strategy, and providing advice as to how to best reach the target market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conducts market research and analyze trends to identify new product opportunities
    • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
    • Collaborate with other internal teams (enrollment, marketing, and academic departments) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
    • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
    • Provides reporting to various stakeholders around campaign performance and key insights.
    • Maintains relationships with key agency partners and vendors who support digital marketing efforts including regular meetings, monitoring performance of the agency, and liaising between the agency and other partner marketing teams.
    • Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
    • Manages CCPE website
    • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
    • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
    • Assists with development and oversight of marketing budget.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
    • 2-5 years of experience in marketing
    • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and content management systems
    • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
    • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
