Position Summary:

This position is part of the School of Veterinary Medicine's, Human Resources Office. This position is responsible for University Staff, Academic Staff, and Limited appointment recruitments for the Department of Pathobiological Sciences, the Department of Comparative Biosciences, and the SVM Dean's office administrative units. This position will also provide coordination and assistance with the recruitment and hiring of employees-in-training and graduate appointments, as well as oversee the recruitment and hiring of all SVM student hourly appointments. This position will also be responsible for processing VISA for the SVM.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

At least one year experience with recruitment and selection.
Higher ed or state agency HR experience preferred.
Experience working with VISA requests and processing preferred.
